COMMIT TO BLISS DAY 5 (26.01.2018)
Happy Friday people! I hope it’s either already your weekend or soon to be the start of it. Make sure you jump on the mat with me today and join our Commit to Bliss class. Why not try out the Blissology Mindbodyfullness Meditation, scanning your body from head to toe, naming specific body parts and then taking a moment to direct your consciousness to these areas. Observe what you feel in terms of thoughts or sensations when you rest your attention on certain body parts. Say ‘thank you body’ and then continue that ‘thanks’ and gratitude throughout the day reminding yourself to actually say those words to those who support you throughout the day.
And then tonight see if you can get outside (or stick your head out a window) to take a look up at the stars and bask in the glory of the sky and the sheer magic of those far away sparkles. Whilst you’re there why not take a moment to send out forgiveness to someone who you have unresolved tensions or energy with and ask father sky to help you feel more peace with that person or situation.
