COMMIT TO BLISS DAY 6 (27.01.2018)
Wow yogis we’re almost at the end of our first week and I want to tell you how totally impressed I am with how you’ve been working on your Bliss Commitments. Wherever you are with those just make sure you do what you can and feel great about it (in the words of Fiona my amazing kundalini teacher). Now is not the time to give yourself a hard time but instead to celebrate whatever it is you’ve been able to turn up for these last days – bravo! So here’s your day 6 yoga class which involves some balances so be kind and bring a pillow to your practice today! Face plants are part of the practice and definitely more fun when there’s a pillow involved 🙂 Whatever the weather or whatever your situation see if you can get outside in nature and connect with the elements, wind in your hair, sand in your eyes, rain in your face – whatever it takes to let mother nature make you feel alive. And while you’re out there take on today’s wild card challenge by planting something in the earth to continue the cycle of growth and as a metaphor for your own growth these two weeks. If it’s too cold or the ground is too hard then you can always buy a plant to keep on your balcony or in your living room to connect back to the source.
It’s also a great day to remind yourself of the people who hold you up so what better than to tell them how grateful you are for their support by sending them a little note, text or email of thanks and gratitude. Maybe even cook one of them dinner with one of our beautiful recipes on The Blissologist’s Guide to a High Pranameter.
