Wowzers can you believe we’ve had a week together already yogis? I feel like it’s been longer than that in the best possible way. I admit that I was wondering how I was going to find time and energy to lead you on this journey but here’s the thing……my heart and soul feel completely full because I’ve had the honour to practice with you all this week. I am so grateful to all of you who turned up to follow your bliss, and for all the beautiful messages and love notes you have sent along the way. This week has been one of deep calm, a heartfelt sense of feeling relaxed and a whole lot of fun – and it is all of you who have given me that – THANK YOU!!!!
So without further ado here’s your day 7 yoga class – enjoy some fun arm balances today! Get outside in any way shape or form even if it’s just into your garden or local park and find a way to write your name of a love message to yourself using what nature gives us – write with a stick in the sand or mud, use a light colour rock to write onto a dark stone, write your name using fallen leaves – connect in whichever way you can. And when you’re done write a note to your parents (even if they are no longer with you) telling them how grateful you are to them for bringing you into this world. And whilst we’re on the subject of connecting why not meditate with a friend or two today. It’s as easy as sitting in silence together for a few moments, you can always start the meditation by speaking your intentions and then allow yourselves to rest in the stillness for a little while. You’ll be surprised how easily you create an upward spiral of positive energy together. Fill up on prana afterwards with new recipes from The Blissologist’s Guide to a High Pranameter.
And finally get wild with the wild card and channel your spirit animal – whatever is the animal you feel closest to and most aligned with – have a look here for inspiration.
