COMMIT TO BLISS DAY 9 (30.01.2018)
I cannot help but remind you all how truly incredible you all are – as yogis, as people, as friends, as colleagues, as parents, as children and as whatever other roles you take on in your daily life. All of those things that make you YOU have blissed up my life these last days and I am super grateful for that! As we head into day 9 I’m thrilled to offer you another blissology style yoga class, more meditation especially designed for people who don’t meditation (know any of those???) as well as new prana filled food ideas on The Blissologist’s Guide to a High Pranameter.
Give some love to Father Sky by getting up early and watching the sun rise or if it’s already too late for that then watch the sun set and marvel in the magnificence of the planet’s rhythms and cycles. I’m often thinking of how I can better protect this planet in the hope that it will still be here for a bazillion years more and our wild card for today is along the same lines. Practice some EcoKarma by recycling your rubbish (ok please do this every day as well!) or picking up any rubbish you find on your morning or evening walk. Even better find small ways in which you can use less, whether that be a re-usable drinking bottle or making your coffee from scratch rather than with a Nespresso capsule (the real stuff tastes better too!).
And then pass the love on by taking a moment to find out which of your friends or loved ones has a birthday today and then send them a special, personalised message telling them why you are grateful to have them in your life and making their birthday even better.
