Tonight is full moon dear yogis so be prepared for your wild and restless heart to take over for the next 24 hours and whatever you do make sure you take a moment of full nature appreciation to look up at the big beautiful sky and check it out that moon. Tonight it’s not only a blue moon but a super moon and a total lunar eclipse – epic! And if you do genuinely find yourself feeling a little sleepless which is the effect a full moon often has on us then remember you can get on your mat for your daily yoga class and this should support you in feeling calmer and more relaxed.
We’ve got a combo deal today on food, meditation and the wild card – yes it’s ok to simplify our lives sometimes! 🙂 Try some mindful, meditative eating where you really take the time to sit down to a meal, light a candle or two and chew every bite fully and with intention, savouring the flavours completely.
