COMMIT TO BLISS DAY 13 (03.02.2018)
Amazing to have just finished my last live class of our two week Commit to Bliss series and it’s incredible how energised and grateful I feel to all of your for taking a big leap and joining this blissful journey with me. Fortunately we still have two days to go together (and why stop then either quite frankly…..) so here’s your yoga for today and a beautiful meditation to awaken your heart. It’s this practice of meditation that enables us to develop our mind so that there is a space between action and reaction. When something uncomfortable or bad happens today take a breath before reacting and ask yourself, how do I feel, what can I learn, do I need to react or not? When you look back at this situation later on what do you think you will be grateful for?

And as we’re on the subject of food why not mix up your food and your nature appreciation and take a meal outside today. Whether it’s your lunch time sandwich or breakfast on your balcony, fresh air and food go VERY well together.
And the wild card today is one of my faves so put on your best ever dance song and get grooving around the house in your underwear. Maybe even bust out a yoga move or too – I promise that if you start your day like this nothing can touch you!
